Once you've located the kitchen pull out tap supply line, you should measure the length from the angle stop valve discharge port to the bottom of the faucet's intake port. You should have at least an inch extra tubing for your new supply line. For the supply line, you can use either a PVC or copper tubing cutter. After that, slip the locking nut or compression nut over the small end of the supply tube. Make sure that the beveled end is pressed against the bottom of the faucet intake port. Once you've tightened it, you can now attach the new supply line to the faucet.
