Everyone brushes their teeth, or should brush their teeth. In 20 year's of practice I've seen my share of teeth that have not been touched by a brush. So, brushing should be done in big random circles for 3 minutes. Brush softly you do this twice a day there is no need for a ton of pressure. The brush should be soft or ultra soft. That feeling of being really clean is trauma from having brushed too hard or using a brush with bristles that are too hard. If you are using toothpaste with fluoride don't rinse just spit the excess out. Don't eat or drink for half an hour.Studies have shown doing this is just as effective as using a fluoride rinse.
